Hi, we’re Future Proof Photography. We’re a small bunch of creative professionals and we’re passionate about helping brands tell their story by making top notch, scroll-stopping content.
We don’t want to toot our own horn, but we like to think of ourselves as a dream team. We’re all self-confessed food addicts, share a serious love for animals (and have the studio pets to prove it), and like to think and do outside the box, but we all bring something different to the table, too. We’re big believers in celebrating those differences because it means we can offer a range of creative services to help you take your brand to the next level.
Between us, we have over 45 years of experience in photography, videography and content creation. We specialise in food, drink and lifestyle brands but we've also spent a lot of time behind the camera shooting commercial products, corporate events, live performances, and more headshots than we can count. We could go on, but you get the idea; you name it, we’ve probably done it.

PAOLO
Founder Photographer
Paolo grew up in Sicily but now calls Bristol his home. He is a lifestyle photographer who absolutely loves his job, the spontaneity in every shoot and everything that comes with it.
"I appreciate the people I meet, the places I visit and even the hours I keep.
I capture the raw reality of everyday life and the fleeting beauty of those in-between moments.
"I want my viewers to relate to my photographs through a sense of recognition of the situations and the emotions - so much so that they wonder if they are looking at a picture of someone they know."
BIV
Production Manager
Biv is our resident challenge taker.
Her favourite thing about her work is seeing ideas come to life! She love watching a few words or scribbles on paper transform into a finished piece - it's like magic!
You might find her enjoying a Sourdough pizza and a cool G&T
Biv grew up in West Wales but Bristol has been home for the last 10 years.
Her background is in design and print, but she love all things creative
GUY
Photographer
Guy is a Bristol-based photographer who works across the UK and internationally. He captures a wide range of subject matter and is always drawn to people, colour and light.

BEN
Founder Photographer
Ben's specialities include photomanipulation projects that alarm people and making terrible puns while working (it helps build camera-derie!).
"I’ve been experimenting with photography and editing since I first discovered light-trails and other technical photography; I like images that make you stop and look for a moment, and will sometimes just sit in a room and look at stuff to see if I can use it in a creative project.
“I love to bounce off others’ energy – whether it’s a creative shoots or for a stop motion animation".
Dan
Photographer
Dan is a professional photographer with over a decade of experience in portraits and events.
Dan’s interest in photography began when he bought his first camera at 10 years old.
“I spent quite a while teaching myself how to use the camera and I ended up taking lots of blurry photos of ducks in the park”
Since then he’s gained a glowing portfolio of clients; Channel 5, Siemens, The Financial Times and Vice Magazine, to name a few.
Lucy
Production Manager
Lucy is the Future Proof Studio Manager and our resident multi-talent ace.
She wears a lot of hats to keep us all on track and ensure the studio and shoots are running smoothly.
When she's not doing that, Lucy is lending a (literal!) hand - modelling, cooking, food styling shoots, liaising with clients, working on graphics and project briefs.
She's also great at photography and organising things in an effective way.. we would be lost without her!
MADS
Social Media Manager
and Studio Assistant
Mads is bursting with creativity, very organised and her role with us is very diverse.
She helps manage our social channels as well as creating UGC for clients and helping on a daily basis with the running of the studio.
She comes from a fashion and graphic design background and is never scared of trying out something new.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Our creative journey started in March 2020 with Paolo, Ben and some Big Ideas. Launching in a lockdown was a little tricky, we will admit, but perseverance paid off and we’ve been moving onwards and upwards ever since.
The original team of two has now expanded to six. We’ve outgrown our first studio and are in the process of moving into some exciting new digs (more to come on that later!). We’ve worked with a lot of amazing clients on hundreds of exciting projects. We’ve celebrated successes, made mistakes, learned a lot along the way and used these insights to help us improve the services we offer to our clients.
We’re still a young company but we’re proud of how far we’ve come in the last few years, and we’ve got even bigger ambitions for the future.
