Does the subscription packages save money?
Yes! Every subscription package offers significant savings - the more comprehensive the package is, the bigger the discount.
How does it work?
At the beginning of the month, you send us your products and a brief (we're happy to help with ideas if you need them!), then we'll schedule a shoot in and send you the finished content by the end of the month.
What if I need my content before the end of the month?
If you need content delivered by a specific date, let us know and we will try to facilitate it, but please bear in mind that we have other shoots scheduled in too and that this will not always be possible if we're busy. If you need anything really early, we recommend working a month in lieu to be safe. For example, if you'd like Christmas content we'd recommend putting this in the November brief.
Are there any added costs in the subscription?
There are no added costs to the subscription and all of our packages include basic editing. Shoots that involve cooking or complicated recipes/props are considered extras, for which we charge a small additional fee but we will always let you know beforehand.
Do you offer packages on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis?
Yes! We know that each brand has different content needs so we have monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly packages to choose from.

What is a setup?
A setup is the 'scene' for your photos and includes things like backdrop, lighting and props. If you wanted some photos on a white background and some in a lifestyle setting, this would be considered two different setups as we have to change the 'scene'.
What's the difference between a simple and complex animation?
We classify animations based on three main categories: the complexity of the setup, the length of time and 'the story', or what happens in the animation. Animations that are less than 5 seconds with a simple setup and 'story' (such as the product popping or rolling into the frame) would be considered simple - anything else is classed as complex. We're always happy to help with this so please ask us if you're not sure!
Can I request photos/setups throughout the month?
The subscription package includes one shoot per month
so we ask that you send us all photos and setup requests for the month in one brief. If you need an extra shoot later in the month we will offer this at a discounted rate to subscribers.
If I don't need any content for one month can I roll over and do two shoots the following month?
Yes, but we ask that you don't roll over more than one month
Are props and backgrounds included in the shoot?
Yes, we have a well-equipped studio with a wide range of props and backgrounds which are included in the subscription package, but if you’d like something specific let us know.
Are food props and/or cooking included in the subscriptions?
Simple food props are included, but if a shoot involves more complicated food props or cooking we charge a small extra fee.
How involved can I be in the process?
As much or as little as you like. Some clients have a very clear brief in mind and we love making those ideas come to life, but if you’re not sure, don’t worry! Leave the creativity to us and we’ll keep you in the loop throughout the creative process.
Can I give feedback?
Of course. We will keep in regular contact with you throughout the creative process and ask for your thoughts and feedback. We’re happy to edit and tweak the content so that you’re fully satisfied with the final product.
How quickly can you deliver the finished content?
If a brief and product is provided at the beginning of the month, we guarantee to have the finished content back to you within the same month. If you have a specific date you need your content by, just let us know and we will do our best to facilitate it!
Do I own the images?
We retain the ownership and copyright of all content we create but we will grant you a commercial license, meaning that you can use our images anywhere in the world for any business purpose with no expiration dates as long as you are not selling our images.
Is there an on-going commitment?
We have 3, 6 and 12 month subscription packages available, and at the end of your subscription period you can choose whether to renew or not.
