Are there any hidden costs?

Nope. We have a clear pricing structure and rates will be agreed before you book the shoot. Any additional costs will be explained and approved beforehand, so there are no nasty surprises!

How do I book a shoot?

Drop us an email. explaining what you would like, and we'll take it from there!

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Let us know as soon as possible. If your booking is more than two weeks away, we can reschedule free of charge. Our cancellations policy will apply to any shoots rescheduled within two weeks of the booked date.

How quickly can you deliver the images?

We aim to deliver final content within a week of the shoot. If you’re in a hurry, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline!

Do you work with small businesses/startups as well as bigger brands?

Yes! We are proud to work for businesses of all sizes, from small startups to globally established heavy hitters. We treat everyone equally.

Do I need to attend the shoot?

You are welcome to join us in our Bristol studio, but if that’s not possible, you can follow remotely! All you need to do is post the product to us, and we can update you as we go along via WhatsApp.

Do I own the images?

Yes, you are free to use and distribute the images as you wish once full payment has been made. 

Do you provide models?

Our team can help with any hand-modelling required. If you'd like to include additional models in your shoot, we can help arrange this. We have options available for all budgets.

How involved can I be in the process?

As much or as little as you like. Some clients have a very clear brief in mind but if you’re not sure, don’t worry! Leave the creativity to us and we’ll keep you in the loop throughout.

Do I need to provide props?

We have a huge range of photography props and backdrops in our studio, but if there’s something specific you need we can help source it for you.

I am lost for ideas, can you help?

Yes, our creative team is happy to contribute in the brief writing after we hear what your objectives are.

Where are you based?

We have a spacious photography studio in South Bristol, but we also shoot on location across the UK!

When do we pay?

If it’s your first shoot with us, we’ll ask that you pay your invoice before we share the edited content (you will have seen the previews already).

Do you have cooking facilities?

Yes! We work with lots of food and drinks brands, and our studio kitchen is well equipped with appliances and tools, from ovens and fridges to blenders and blow torches.

Do we need to hire external stylists?

Our team are experienced in styling all sorts of food, drinks and products, so we can take care of this in house. Or if you would prefer to bring your own stylist that’s fine too!

How is the content delivered?

Once the content is edited, we’ll send you a link to a Dropbox folder where you can view and download your images.

Files are usually delivered as high-res and low-res jpegs, unless requested otherwise.

Do you shoot video?

Yes! Our photographers also create video content, and this is regularly included in our shoots.

Do you create content for social media?

Yes! Our team of creatives know social media inside out, and can create content specifically for use on social media, including UGC, reels and short and snappy video clips.

Do you shoot stop-motion animations?

Yes! We love to bring products to life with our engaging stop-motion animations and would be happy to incorporate them into your shoot.

Do you offer retouching and editing?

Standard image and video editing is included in the day-rate. If you need more complex editing or photoshopping, we can book in additional time to cover this.

Do you offer discounts for regular shoots?

If you need regular content, we offer a subscription service which could be perfect for you! This could be bi-monthly, monthly or weekly, with a photoshoot booked in regularly so you get fresh content regularly, at a reduced rate.
