Behind every smooth shoot is a production manager making it happen. From the very first conversation to the final delivery, they guide the process both creatively and strategically.
Pre-production is where the magic begins. This is when ideas are developed, props are sourced or created, and mood boards are built to shape the visual direction. Our production managers help clients refine their vision and prepare for the shoot in detail.
On the day, they’re everywhere styling, coordinating, problem-solving, and making sure everything runs seamlessly. They act as the bridge between client and creative team, ensuring everyone is aligned and confident in the process.
For larger or more complex projects, they can also organise location and model scouting, helping clients visualise exactly how their product or concept will come to life in a space.
The Engine Behind the Scenes: Social & Studio Team
Not all heroes are behind the camera. Our social media and studio management team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. They manage the day-to-day details prepping the studio, organising equipment, returning products, and maintaining a clean, functional space.
They also look after the client experience, making sure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and well looked after. From organising food to keeping the coffee flowing, they play a vital role in keeping energy levels high and shoots running efficiently.
