Work of the Week #5: Latest Food, Drink & Lifestyle Photography

Updated: May 22, 2023

Paolo was once again shooting for the mouth watering Rekorderlig. We created a summer lifestyle setup for their full range of ciders (bottles and cans) emulating a bright outdoors scene using warm, direct lighting, lots of plants and fake grass. Some of the team stepped in too, to create a social setting backdrop. Look at that sunlight catching that fizz!!!

I was in Scotland, photographing horses. Well, Thistle Equine Referrals just outside of Glasgow to be precise. I had photographed a small amount of equine vetinerary before, when it was a part of a regular vet practice, but this was the first time I had worked at a dedicated equine centre. I didn't know that I loved horses so much! I formed an extra special bond with Oliver the dark stallion below, he had a lovely temperament and was amazing to photograph, especially as he cantered in the Scottish sunshine!

Meanwhile, back in our Bristol studio, Ben was creating more stop motion magic for arctic Coffee. Ben's brief was to create quite a long, fun animation, showing a range of their products and also showing that their packaging is recyclable. I love the way he made the crushed up carton jump into the bin, not an easy thing to do! Also, some great sound effects there too.

Paolo's next shoot was with Bundles, a UK based bao bun brand. We created some fresh content for their website and social media. They wanted to make sure we got some shots showcasing their fillings too. A great combination of modern food photography and playful stop motion animation.

So, that was another week of creativity at Future Proof Studios! See you soon with some more bold photography and fun stop motion animations from our studio in Bristol, as well as lifestyle photography from around the UK.
